Sobakiri Miyota // 蕎麦きり みよた

Its delicious, cheap and theres more than just soba noodles!

Miyota is particular about each items on its menu. Using only top quality buckwheat in which all husks are removed before grinding.  Making one jolly magolly scrumptious soba.

Dine here for as low as 500 yen

If you love soba, you can always ask for more at only 80 yen additional

They claim to use only the best 😮 And true to their words, I fell head over heels for their soba <3

Soba with pork in spicy broth // 辛味肉つけそば 760 yen

Was a chilly day and felt like something spicy. The broth was not as spicy as I thought it be, but the mild aroma of the miso and hint of spice went nicely with the sesame soba noodles.

The spices were not overpowering and the volume of soba was rather generous. This dish was a lot heavier than others and got full easily. Nonetheless if you like oily food this can get addictive オオーw(*゚o゚*)w

Oyakodon Set // 親子丼セット 800 yen

For the Rice bowl set, you can choose either
A: Small rice bowl + noodles
B: Rice bowl + less noodles
C: Rice bowl only

Divine bowl of chicken and egg. A simple dish that was done beautifully. Egg was fluffy and the chicken was soft & juicy. A banging job well done (*´罒`*)ニヒヒ

Cold noodles with sakura shrimp tempura // 桜海老のかき揚げ板せいろ 700 yen

Gobbled up the tempura before you can say “can I have some?” o(>ω< )o
This was the best dish from the menu. Too bad its seasonal (available in spring). Don’t hesitate and order this straight away! No regrets, I am a man (woman..?) of my words (メ▼(エ)▼)y─┛~~

Did not expect this restaurant to do a good job on its tempura, may actually be one of my fav tempura place in Tokyo_(:З」 ∠)_

It was crispy and they were not stingy on its sakura shrimps. Packed with flavors and was not oily at all!!

Expect to queue during lunch hours, popular eatery among locals.

⋇ TLDR ⋇

Premium soba noodles at a reasonable price! If you are looking for more than just soba. This place got rice bowls, tempura and meat! Making your dining experience here that much better o((=゚ェ^=))o Located at Omotesando, it is recommended to avoid lunch hours due to the limited seating and may need to queue.
